Curl for Kids, April 1, 2012 Want to get out and have some fun? Never curled by would like to try? Are a curler and looking for a social event for your team? Have an interest in supporting a good cause. Big Brothers Big Sisters is looking for teams of 4 to participate in the Annual Curl for Kids event. If bowling is not your thing than come on out and try Curling. In-experienced and experienced teams will play off against each other in this 1/2 day event. Go to the events page for more details.

Agency Recieves Accrediation from BBBS Canada BBBS Kingston, F,L & A was granted Accreditation having successfully met the review standards outlined by the national governing body. "We are proud of our ability to offer quality mentoring programs to children in KFL&A", said Board President, Jef Johnston. "Achieving accreditation is a testament of the hard work of our Board of Directors, staff and volunteers, who strive to make a difference in the life of a child", Johnston delcared.
Marble Slab Creamery Marble Slab is continuing to work on ways to support our local community and will be looking for some community support in the new year with all proceeds going to Big Brothers Big Sisters Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington. Stay tuned as Eric determines how to make a difference to children in our community.
Community Support A special thank you to Mary Lou Sarazin, Dupont Research, Operations & Engineering, Worley Parsons Engineering and other Kingston Dupont building employees you have made Christmas a much brighter time for a number of children in our programs. Thanks also to Jodi Kidd and her group from Invista Canada company for supporting a special family in our program this holiday season.
